Euro Florist Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
EuroFlorist is a Swedish flower delivery chain founded by Peter Jungbeck in 1982 as Svensk Blomsterförmedling in Malmö, Sweden. Renamed to EuroFlorist in 1990, EuroFlorist began offering flowers online in 1995. In 2010, EuroFlorist acquired the UK based flower delivery service eFlorist/Teleflorist. In November, 2015 Euroflorist bought out its British competitor iFlorist.
An angry customer said this about EuroFlorst in a review: "The worst service ever. I ordered purple flowers and they delivered pink yellow and white flowers. Do not trust the pictures on the website. When messaged them, they did not apologize and said they substitute the flowers with was available. They did not informed me about the substitution at no point. I would definitely not advice anyone to use their poor , unkind, misinformed service !"
